Domestic (anywhere in Australia) standard shipping - $10

International standard shipping - $25

For all bulk orders with a total combined weight over 10kgs, you will be prompted to use our bulk order form and receive an individual freight quote.

    I need something urgently. What can you do?

    If you need an item expedited. Get in touch with us via santos@badgeofhonour.com.au for express post options and we will see what we can do to meet your deadline.

    How do I track my order status?

    You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped, Usually 1-3 days from order placement.

    How long will it take to deliver my order?

    We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 1-3 business days. Note – bulk orders are only confirmed once the freight quote has been approved and payment processed.

    Typically orders delivered within Australia should arrive in 3-7 business days once shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of international orders.

    Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

    Our orders are shipped out quickly, but please reach out to us via santos@badgeofhonour.com.au to place a request.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    Why do I have to use the Bulk Order Form?

    If you are attempting to place a large order with a total combined weight of products exceeding 10kgs, we need you to enter your order request via the bulk order form so that we can provide you with an accurate freight quote.

    Freight is charged at the best rate we can secure via our trusted carrier partners.

    If I create a bulk order, when will I receive a freight quote?

    Once you’ve completed a bulk order request, a freight quote will be added to your order and sent back to you within 24 hours for payment processing.

    If I complete the Bulk Order Form, does that mean my order is complete?

    Your bulk order is only complete once you have accepted your freight charges and we have processed the order via your nominated payment method.

    What if I want to cancel my Bulk Order after receiving a freight quote?

    If you don’t want to proceed with your order after receiving a freight quote, please reach out to us at santos@badgeofhonour.com.au so we can delete your order request out of the system and manage our inventory levels.

    The item I need is Out of Stock/Low in Stock, when will it be available to purchase?

    We aim to be transparent with stock levels so that you can manage your orders accordingly. If an item is out of stock, sign up with your email address via the relevant product page and get notified when it becomes available again.

    What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

    Please reach out to us via santos@badgeofhonour.com.au with your order number and details of the faulty item so that we can resolve your issue promptly.

    I need a custom Santos branded product that is not available via the shop. How do I order something custom?

    If you need something for an upcoming event or a specialised product for your team, we can design, produce and deliver it for you.
