What are your Shipping options and costs?

  • For all orders with a total combined weight of under 10kgs, a flat rate shipping rate is applied to your order at the check out.

Domestic (anywhere in Australia) standard shipping - $10
International standard shipping - $25

  • For all bulk orders with a total combined weight over 10kgs, you will be prompted to use our bulk order form and receive an individual freight quote.

How do I track my order status?

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped, Usually 1-3 days from order placement.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 1-3 business days. Note – bulk orders are only confirmed once the freight quote has been approved and payment processed. Typically orders delivered within Australia should arrive in 3-7 business days once shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of international orders.

What is your return policy?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please reach out to us via santos@badgeofhonour.com.au with your order number and details of the faulty item so that we can resolve your issue promptly.

Changes to Deliveries

From Monday 26th May 2025, orders placed via this website will only be delivered to an official Santos Business Address. The order process remains the same, however at the checkout – you will need to select a Santos office OR Supply Base location for the pick up of your order.

Can I still use my personal credit card to place an order?

- Yes. Orders can continue to be placed using your personal credit card; however, they can no longer be shipped to a personal/home address.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped and can track your order all the way to delivery at your nominated office pick up location, where it will be either hand delivered, or you will be notified to collect it from a pre-determined collection point.

I need to order products for an event. Can they be delivered to the event directly?

Yes. Please reach out to us via the contact form on the website or get in touch via santos@badgeofhonour.com.au and we will assist with bulk deliveries to your event.
